What we can help with

Refunds & billing issues

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law. If that applies to you, email hello@rxlingo.com with the subject “Refund request,” the email on your account, and the approximate charge date. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription — full details are on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

Deleting your account & data

You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time:

• Email hello@rxlingo.com from your account email with the subject “Account deletion request.”
• We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law (for example, billing records).
• If you have an active paid subscription, let us know whether you also want to cancel it; deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund. See the Refund Policy.

RXlingo Pro subscribers receive priority support. If you don’t hear back, please check your spam folder and confirm you wrote to the correct address.
